Why Intelidox?

The average Intelidox user - receptionist, transcriptionist, nurse or provider - can learn to use the product within hours:

Icons for frequently-used features are visible the moment the program starts - no wading through multiple levels of menus to find the feature that you want.
Transcription is done using the industry-standard Microsoft Word software. Your transcriptionists use the software they already know (including existing templates and macros, as well as third-party add-ins like medical dictionaries), while streamlining and improving the accuracy of filing documentation and routing transcription to providers for review/approval.
Patient information is sorted into categories (the same as those used in your old paper charts, if you want) and presented in Date of Service order, with newest items shown first. Or, you can choose to view all items in all categories, or select specific items by Date of Service or description, or create your own Chart Summary to show just the types, descriptions, and ages of items that you consider significant.
